All bookings are made through our website. Start by choosing the class that best suits your child. Once you’ve found the right one, simply click the “Book a Trial” button to choose your preferred day and time. After selecting your class, click the ‘Select Students’ button, and you’ll be prompted to create an account to complete the process.
Some of our classes are entry by assessment only.

We offer one trial class before you decide whether to enroll your child with us. After booking your trial, we will charge you for the cost
of one class. If you decide not to continue with enrollment, no further charges will apply. To book your trial, click here. A confirmation email will be sent once our office has processed your request.
When booking a trial class, you will need to provide your payment details. If you decide to proceed with enrollment after the trial, you’ll be charged for the remaining classes of the month, as well as the registration fee. Should you choose not to continue, please notify our office by calling or emailing in writing so we can cancel your child’s enrollment.
Here at PIT Gymnastics, we run a direct debit payment system where fees are determined by the number of sessions scheduled in a given month. These fees are calculated based on the day your child was enrolled, ensuring transparency and flexibility for our families.
For example, if there are four weeks in a month and your child is scheduled for one session per week, the fees will reflect the cost of four sessions. However, in a month with five weeks, the fees will adjust to account for the additional session. This system allows for accurate billing based on the actual number of sessions available within each calendar month.
Makeup tokens are only allocated for gymnasts whose absence is notified in advance (can be anytime up to the 10 minutes before starting time of the class).
To mark your child absent:
- Open the iClass Pro app
- Log in, remembering our organisation is ‘pitgymnastics’
- On the bottom toolbar, click ‘Account’
- Under students, click on your child’s name
- A list of options will appear, here you will press ‘Future Absences’ then ‘By Enrolment’
- Simply pick the absence date/s, and press ‘Submit’
We offer 8 makeup classes per calendar year for absences that are notified in advance!
These classes are automatically created whenever you report a future absence—whether through the parent app/portal, email, phone, or in person. You can request a makeup class if your child will miss a session due to illness, travel, or any other commitment.
Makeup tokens are valid for 90 days, giving you plenty of time to schedule your session!
To book a makeup class, simply use our app. Download ‘The iClassPro App’ from your app store, and search for ‘pitgymnastics’ as the organization name (exactly as typed). Once you’re logged into your account, go to Account then select the student you’d like to book for. A list of options will appear where you can choose ‘Makeups’ and then ‘Available Makeup Tokens’. From there, you can choose a class that fits your schedule!
Please note: We do not offer credits for missed classes. Makeup tokens cannot be used in place of monthly membership fees and are non-transferable.
*Please note the following classes/programs do not have makeup tokens available: Competitive groups, FreeG 12-17years, Team Gym, AGC, Boys and Girls Squad.
If you’re going to be delayed, please call the office so we can let your child know you’re on your way.
It’s important to pick up your child from class on time. If you’re running late, rest assured that your child will be safely supervised in the foyer by our front desk attendant or by a senior coach until you arrive.
Anything comfortable! A t-shirt or singlet with shorts or leggings, or if your child has a leotard and would like to wear that, they’re more than welcome! No shoes, no problem. Hair should be tied back and watches and jewellery should be removed before class.
No. Classes are not held on public holidays. Apart from those dates we are always open and classes will be running as normal.
We’ll be sorry to see you go! You can cancel your enrollment at any time, but we do require 14 days’ notice before the end of your payment cycle.
Please fill out the cancellation form on our website under “Policies.” Once we receive your request, our office will send you a confirmation email.
Please note that unused makeup tokens are non-refundable and hold no monetary value. They are provided as a courtesy for missed classes and must be used while your child’s enrollment is active with PIT Gymnastics. This means that if you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to use any remaining makeup tokens.
If you have a schedule change and wish to change your child’s enrolment you will need to contact the office.
We can only transfer if there space available in the class, time and day that you wish to transfer to.
If parking is unavailable in our car park, please park on the street and accompany your child to the foyer entrance. For safety reasons, do not drop your child off at the gate or double park in the carpark to let them out. Children must not be left unsupervised before or after classes. In the colder weather ensure they a comfortable dressed until they are invited into the foyer (usually 5 minutes prior to their class).
Please ensure you arrive on time to pick up your child. For safety, children will not be allowed to leave the premises without an adult escort.
